Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for the executive team, guests, and vendors, always maintaining a professional and friendly.
  • Manage the executives’ calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and events.
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including drafting emails, creating reports, and conducting research.
  • Manage correspondence, including sorting and distributing mail, responding to emails, and answering phone calls.
  • Handle travel arrangements for the executive team, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.

Requirements:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience as an administrative assistant or similar role in a luxury hotel or similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, vendors, and staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
