Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the packed items received for delivery are as per customer order and observe all business guidelines about packaging.
  • Ensure the order has relevant information for delivery.
  • Contact customer for scheduling delivery appointment.
  • Have a comprehensive record of all orders and items that go through the delivery.
  • Last Mile delivery works helping to ensure customer deliveries, activate services, collect payments/documents.

Requirements:

  • Valid UAE Car driving license.
  • You should be able to converse in English. Other languages are a plus.
  • You should have basic knowledge on how to use a Smart tablet and its applications. Training related to the same will be provided.
