Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining time management for receptionists and office assistants including Overtime submission and Keeping track of Head Office operations for reports and updates.
  • Monitoring the daily Head Office operational activities and ensuring the smooth running of the office..
  • Ordering of Stationary, Pantry, Cleaning and Water supplies for the Head Office and maintaining material consumption rate and inventory status.
  • Monitoring Office Assistants, cleaners and gardeners if they are well groomed..
  • Able to Address employees’ and clients’ queries (via email, phone or in-person) with accuracy.
  • Inventory management over SAP for Admin Warehouse.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • High School Diploma or University Degree.
  • English (written and verbal).
