Responsibilities:

  • To ensure proper recording and reporting of client checks and collections of the Accounts Receivable portfolio, monitor trade offers, spending, and related accounts.
  • Prepares the price structure for suppliers and works with them to secure their approval.
  • Maintains command of the process, beginning with ensuring that all claimable funds are debited on time.
  • Implements controls in accordance with SOP to ensure that fact sheets are fully authorised, expenditure is kept within agreed-upon budgets, and supplier contributions are pre-agreed upon and paid on time to safeguard net margins.
  • Processes necessary trade offers to guarantee that the invoicing cycle is correctly implemented based on the month’s prices and offers.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of accounting experience
  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting or a related subject
