Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Install, and configure Aps, Firewall, and digital signage (40-inch display unit) devices along with mounting the Aps approx. 40 Mtr cable pulling, maintaining computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Perform software updates and patches as necessary.
  • Monitor and maintain network connectivity and resolve connectivity issues.
  • Coordinate with remote IT support teams for complex problem resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, macOS).
  • Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Familiarity with hardware components and configurations (e.g., servers, routers, switches).
