Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments, maintain calendar, and make arrangements for meetings and travel to and from the University for the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Administration & Chief of Staff and Executive Director for Public Affairs & Communications.
- Assists with the DCT approval process for all external events happening on campus.
- Coordinates with event organizers and DCT Officers for pending/required documents for all events that require DCT event registration
- Monitors and updates the tracker spreadsheet for all upcoming, ongoing, approved & rejected event registrations via TCA event licensing system
- Assistance in preparation of room bookings, catering requests, poster display and AV.
- Responsible for taking agendas and minutes of meetings.
- Assistance in the preparation of documents for the Governance websites.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- At least 5 years’ experience in a comparable position, with a record of advancement and growth at progressively more responsible levels, preferably with an established international company, private organization, or governmental body operating in the U.A.E. Experience working with institutions of multinational nature.
- Superior written and oral communications skills in English
