Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Manage the creation and execution of social media PR and influencer strategies and campaigns..
- In this role you will work to increase brand awareness, drive positive brand sentiment, and grow audience engagement across a range of social platforms.
- You will spearhead the creative strategy planning and execution of original content for social channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc that will grow the customer base.
- Create a social media strategy to grow reach and increase engagement across all platforms.
- Ensure consistent positive brand representation across all platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance in relation to the campaign objectives and business goals and identify successes and areas for improvement.
- Explore negotiate and manage relationships with content creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors that align with the brand.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven professional experience in PR, Influencer, Digital and Social Media Marketing.
- Professional experience working with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat etc.
- Hands-on experience in content creation (text, image and video).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and build relationships across the organization at all levels.
