1 | Customer Experience Specialist – Digital Cluster

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying ideal customer profiles and mapping customer journeys to identify the gaps in customer experience across all touchpoints.

Liaise with internal teams such as marketing, sales, product development, account management, billing, finance, UX etc. to ensure that gaps in the customer experience.

Regular communication with internal stakeholders such as customer service executives and other customer-facing teams to identify gaps and opportunities.

Raising red flags wherever the business process – billing, installation or anything pre or post sales – needs correction to ensure the customer has a seamless experience with the company.

Support with the service maturity program and service catalogue requirements

Ensuring the strategies are aligned to the larger marketing and business goals and outcomes in each customer touch point.

Collect, track and analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements internally based on the insights gathered.

Work with the technology teams to ensure a seamless brand and buying experience with the technology- be it the brand website or a self-service app.

Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned customer network.

Verify incoming orders, pricing and terms of delivery as well as availability of products.

Confirm orders with customers, answer incoming queries and respond to customer needs

Provide internal stakeholders with the highest level of support in all aspects of order processing and product delivery.

Support the External Sales Team.

Build and maintain a strong internal network to provide best customer support.

Prepare all reports and analysis from all customers insights and interactions

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Bachelor’s degree.

Empathy and listening skills.

Collaboration and project management.

Data management and analytics.

Speed, flexibility and agility.

Broad knowledge of MS office inclusive of Outlook and Excel.

Attention to detail & confidentiality.

Customer Experience and customer service tools

5+ years of experience in customer service or administration role.

2 | Sr. Specialist – Group Risk & Internal Control

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate the roll out of the Enterprise Risk Management (R), Corporate Governance (G) and Compliance (C) – GRC related Policies and Frameworks across the AD Ports Group

Liaising with the cluster subsidiaries, international offices, and corporate functions to ensure key risks are identified and risk registers are maintained

Work closely with risk owners/champions to assist in the review and monitoring activities, ensuring detailed analysis is performed as part of the quarterly review

Conduct detailed analysis across clusters and Business Units to assist in the identification of key risk themes and trends that need to be escalated

Provide effective challenge of all risks, controls and assessments to Business Units and clusters teams ensuring they are correctly classified, appropriately recorded, and relevant actions are undertaken to minimize and/or mitigate business impact

Support the Clusters and Corporate Units GRC Function Reps. team in the development and the implementation of the risk appetite and associated Key Risk Indicators across AD Ports

Assist in the preparation of regular Key Risk/Control Effectiveness reports including Key Risk Indicators status, risk dashboard reporting and emerging risk reporting for Corporate Unit Management, Group Senior Management, and the Risk/Audit Committee

Provide assistance in enhancing the ERM/Internal Control system and ensuring all related polices, processes, procedures and other tool and guidelines is capable of supporting the continued momentum of risk management and to provide crucial risk analytics to support the GRC Function Reps. Teams across group.

Help to arrange and facilitate risk identification workshops across all AD Ports locations

Continuously review and make suggestions on the updates to the AD Ports Group risk Taxonomy universe

Work closely with internal departments to facilitate and conduct adhoc risks assessments and be able to provide an independent risk view. This will also involve reviewing any mitigating controls measures that are implemented to ensure their effectiveness

Conducts research and horizon scanning to support identification and prioritization of both current and emerging enterprise impacting risks and potential perceived controls strategies.

Provide assistance in the coordination of the activities of operational resilience work streams

Coordinate capability testing across the Group and actively participate in testing exercises

Arrange and help conduct ERM and Internal Control training and awareness sessions to all relevant levels

Establish effective business relationships within AD Ports and oversight key risk profile and other GRC related relationships.

Work closely with Group Internal Audit to ensure the Group operates within risk appetite and complies with GRC Frameworks.

3 | OHS Senior Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in establishing HSE objectives, annual action plan, budget, Training plan, performance monitoring, incident and accident reporting and other administrative activities related to HSE Department.

Responsible for the preparation, review and control of all documented information and records related to the Integrated Health, Safety and Environment Management System.

Establish HSE procedures, guidelines which are required to streamline and safeguarded business activities.

Coordinate with Digital Team to maintain and update all IT Application related to HSE functionality to ensure the availability of all functions.

Communication and consultation to promote and enforce the implementation of the integrated health, Safety and Environment Management System.

Ensure the compliance of Business Units/ Clusters to create and maintain the required documented HSE SOPs & records for their activities and functional areas.

Work closely with HSE Management in all Business Units/ Clusters’ to ensure that HSE initiatives properly executed to fulfill and achieve HSE objectives & targets.

Maintain the register of all applicable legislation and Codes of Practices and other relevant, international best practices.

Ensure the compliance of Business Units with Incident Investigation Management procedure, participate in incident investigation process, and verify the accuracy of incident information.

Participate in compliance evaluation process to assess the level of compliance maintained by all Business Units/ Clusters.

Monitor the effectiveness of implementing Risk Management, Management of Change, Contractor Management, Audit & Inspection and other HSE procedures which that impact the business and to fulfill the legal requirements.

Evaluate HSE performance measures by conducting periodic analysis to evaluate the HSE performance trends.

Prepare the HSE contents of ExCom, Management of Review, Steering Committee and other presentation as required.

Manage and Lead HSE internal and external auditing program, ensuring that audits are satisfactorily completed and follow-up actions are closed.

Contribute to HSE improvement projects that includes tendering, implementation and evaluation.

Educational and Technical Qualifications:-

An appropriate HSE University degree or equivalent HSE qualification

Lead Audit Certificate- ISO 45001/14001, 9001

NEBOSH Certificate

IOSH Managing Safely

Certified Risk Management

Knowledge in HSE Digital Platforms.
