Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

Ensure Company policies and processes related to Payroll & Invoicing are met and timely support is provided to Sales and Finance teams.
Participate in Internal quality audits of Finance process to ensure continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Maintains employee confidence and protects department by keeping human resource information confidential and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
As a Payroll & Invoice Accountant, you should have complete knowledge of accounting practices and an eye for detail on Payroll & Invoicing.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the accounting field as a Payroll Accountant or Payroll Coordinator.
Complete knowledge of accounting practices and Government regulations on Labour Law.
Excellent accounting and computer skills.
Familiarity with any ERP payroll/Accounting software /Microsoft Office tools.
