Title: Administration Clerk
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Creation of new customers, suppliers & spare part in Fusion as per explained structure.
B- Preparing OBL, shipping and packing list and submit them to customer per email or by courier.
C- Monitoring & coordination of supplier shipments
D- Assisting BU on reports & manual preparation.
E- Uploading of approved time sheets.
F- Preparation of the monthly HSE reports.
G- Filing spare parts, project and logistics related documents in respective folders or electronic filing.
H- Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies
Job Requirements:
A- Degree in administration & business
B- 3 years’ experience in similar role.
C- Experience with Excel – word – PowerPoint – access & Fusion or SAP experience.
D- English: Excellent, oral and written
