1- Assistant Food and Beverage Manager
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations of Food and Beverage outlets, Rom Service and any other F&B Activity
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service.
- Recruit, manage, train, and develop the team.
- Assist with annual and mid-year appraisals with team members under your responsibility
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in setting departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Previous Food and Beverage Management or Supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Financial Systems.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of work situations.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Degree in Relevant Area.
- Experience in Running F&B Operations for a Levantine style restaurant.
