Title: Crew Planning Supervisor
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Provide optimum Flight and Cabin Crews rosters, respecting the Flight Time Limitation scheme (FTL) laid down in OM Part A, Chapter 7 and, as far as feasible, the internal FRM policies.
B- Use all available means, possibly electronic data processing, to minimise cost and improve efficiency without infringing safety.
C- Compile and Maintain Crew establishment data.
D- In cooperation with Nominated Person Crew Training and the Lead- Training Planning, account for all flight and cabin crew training activities.
E- In scheduling, strictly observe the flight and duty time limitations laid down in Chapter 7 and any additional agreed rostering policies.
F- In scheduling, verify area, route, and airport qualification records for each pilot.
Job Requirements:
A- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Crew Scheduler/Controller
B- Proven track record of supervising a team of employees
C- Knowledge of FLT, FRMS and crewing regulations
D- Ability to identify problems, their sources and the potential solutions while continuing to successfully conduct day-to-day operations without interruption
