Job Responsibilities:
A- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions.
B- Following your company’s communication procedures and policies
C- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
D- Duties will be sales of Etisalat Products like Postpaid, Prepaid, Handsets, Elife, Accessories
Job Requirements:
A- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
B- Excellent communication and presentation skills
C- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
D- Comfortable using computers
