Title: Customer Service Specialist
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Daily processing & execution of customer orders while ensuring a close follow-up with Transport planning team in order to ensure a best-in-class service to our customers.
B- Responsible for the order management of all retail & e-commerce accounts in UAE region
C- Review and verify orders information’s and shipping details to ensure 100% accuracy. Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
D- Alignment with the logistics team for dispatches and confirming the proof of delivery
E- Alignment with Finance to identify any credit risks
F- Marketing promo delivery and Customer / Retailer return order processing
G- Coordinate with internal teams in case of any delivery deadlines, shortages, disputes etc
