Title: Finance Executive
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Ensure the timely billing of accounts and adherence to the hotel’s credit policy
B- Maintains a filing system for accounts receivable records
C- Balance daily transfer to city ledger and post, edit and update to accounts receivable system
D- Handle correspondence and queries regarding city ledger accounts
E- Reviews city ledger daily for correct postings of charges and take corrective action where necessary
F- Reviews Daily High Balance Report and Handle over credit accounts with related departments.
G- Reconcile all accounts and maintain the batch register and balance daily to general ledger
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification/equivalent in Accounting, Finance
B- 1-2 years of experience in hotel accounting or a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
C- Professional accounting or finance designation or certification preferred.
D- Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills.
E- A naturally outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for service excellence to consistently deliver and demonstrate voco™ service standards
