Title: Front Office Agent
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Register and room all guest arrivals according to established procedures
B- Perform check in, check out and room change procedures and ensure all data are accurately entered into the hotel system
C- Provide friendly, helpful customer service whenever possible and at all times maintain collaborative working relationship (s) with personnel, contractors and external agencies (e.g. Local Police).
D- Act as a deterrent to avoid non-compliance of security protocols.
E- Report any incident encountered to the on-duty client representative who will direct appropriate action.
Job Requirements:
A- A minimum Baseline AGSVA security level clearance – only Australian Citizens are eligible for this security clearance. (Preferred but not mandatory.)
B- Post Secondary Education or relevant qualifications in Hotel Management
