Title: Housing Attendant
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Ensure Staff Accommodation is checked regularly, all floors, hallways and stairwells to be free from obstruction and anything unusual is reported
B- Seek out fire and safety hazards
C- Ensure complete incident logs are maintained.
D- Responsible for issuing, collecting and exchanging of all Staff Accommodation linens
E- Maintain the storage areas in the accommodation
F- Assist Housing Manager in welcoming new associates and to arrange their accommodation prior to their arrival
Job Requirements:
A- A hands-on approach with a ‘can-do!’ work attitude
B- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
C- 1-3 years of experience working in a similar role.
D- Excellent relationship management skills
