Title: HR Administrator
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Assist the Recruitment team on the initial candidate filtering process by contacting the candidate to create a list of shortlisted candidates.
B- Onboard new employees to become fully integrated to the company.
C- Maintain and update Employees file as per the company policy.
D- Support and maintain employee engagement programs and initiatives that support organizational goals and culture.
Job Requirements:
A- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
B- Good Communication skills in English & Arabic.
C- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
D- Familiarity to UAE Labor laws
