Title: HR Assistant
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Embrace and encourage the ethos and standards of excellence as defined in the GEMS Core Values.
B- Advise management and staff on UAE Labour law regulations and compliance.
C- Provide advice, assistance, and follow-up on school policies, procedures and documentations.
D- Design and conduct new employee orientations to explain school policies, compensation and benefit programs.
E- Administer and explain benefits to employees, serve as liaison between employees and insurance carriers.
F- Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
Job Requirements:
A- A minimum of 1 – 3 years’ experience working within Human Resources.
B- Knowledge in general HR office procedures, policies and methods
C- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment is a plus.
D- Experienced in using MS Office and HR Systems
