Title: Human Resources Officer
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Developing job descriptions and person specifications, posting job advertisements, checking application forms, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
B- Maintain up-to-date job descriptions for all employees, and ensure they are issued and signed by all new joiners.
C- Facilitate the interview and selection process; conduct reference checks for all recommended candidates.
D- Identify the financial compensation for new hires/prospective candidates in compliance with applicable salary scales, and established policies and procedures.
E- Contacts employees for visa and passport, application renewals, and cancellation
Job Requirements:
A- Contacting new recruits for the required documents prior to starting date, including qualifications, credentials, biography, CV Template, employee information sheet…etc, as per the new joiners checklist
B- Oversee insurance requirements for the employees, including addition and deletion of members, and follow up with the insurance company for medical claims and reimbursements.
