1- Public Area Attendant
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures working knowledge of all hotel public areas.
- Liaises with Housekeeping Supervisor in relation to chemical usage, problems or rectification suggestions.
- Maintains knowledge of special programs and events in the hotel in order to recognise and respond to guests needs.
- Maintains Hotel information to be able to provide information to guests.
- Works in line with business requirements.
Job Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum 1-year experience in a similar role within hospitality industry.
- Furthermore, a person with detailed knowledge on housekeeping within a quality luxury brand.
- Good English communication skills are essential both oral and written.
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
- Effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests.
- Must be able to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work well with limited supervision.
