1- IT Sales Manager
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
- Develop, communicate, and execute channel sales plans, meet quarterly and annual targets
- Support Secure Power channel partner sales teams to help drive market leading EcoStruxure IT SW Management solutions and services portfolio.
- Business development activities to gain additional partner organizations involved and develop from prospective partners to successful revenue-generating partners.
- Lead our partner program execution in complex partner organizations/corporations through working with key stakeholders including marketing, product, innovation, and sales.
- Enable and train commercially partner sales teams and channel technical teams in order to drive success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering or relevant degree.
- Optional Certifications: Sales Methodology (E.g Miller Heiman, Revenue Storm, TAS) – Channel partner development business planning.
- 3+ years Enterprise Software, Solution Selling and Consulting Skills, Complex Multi-National Systems deployment, Software Services, Multi National and Regional, Business and Offer development, Consulting Team Management, Excellent Presentation Skills, P&L management.
- English and Arabic proficiency.
