Title: IT Supervisor
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- To ensure that all computer related both software and hardware are working smoothly to support daily hotel operation.
B- Maintain and inventory of all hardware and software.
C- Ensuring critical systems, specifically guest HSIA network, PMS, and POS working properly at all times
D- Establishing and maintaining user procedures and hardware familiarization
Job Requirements:
A- Excellent organizational, follow-through and communication skills
B- Exceptional problem resolution abilities
C- Must be committed to team work and achieving team success
