About Role

1- Account Manager
Full Time
Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

  • Take inquiries and requests from merchants and address their needs
  • Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their tier and meeting their needs
  • Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
  • Generate progress reports to give to merchants and higher-ups within the organisation
  • Identify upsell, and renewal opportunities

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (another language is a plus)
  • Experience in crypto industry or payment solutions
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
