About Role
1- Accountant
Full Time
Dubai,UAE
Responsibilities:
- Administering bank accounts online including the set-up of payments, beneficiaries, etc. and liaising with colleagues in relation to same.
- You will use strong communication skills in order to actively promote our products and services while selling our high revenue generating programs.
- Processing bank transactions into the accounting system
- Client payroll processing – bank transfer, non-WPS
- Processing purchases and sales invoices into the accounting system
- Maintaining debtors and creditors ledgers
- Accountant on a full time basis based in Dubai.
- This role will focus on carrying out daily accounting duties, including payroll processing, reconciliations, maintaining ledgers, accounts payable and more.
- This role would suit an ambitious individual who is driven and keen to grow their existing skill set.

- Vistra is currently recruiting an Accountant on a full time basis based in Dubai.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual client invoices
- Maintaining fixed asset register
- Maintain petty cash balance
- Liaising with colleagues effectively and dealing efficiently with queries by e-mail and telephone
- Assist with preparation of budgets and forecasts
Requirements:
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Team player with flexible and hands-on approach where required
- Qualified accountant
