Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, manage, and organize essential real estate documents, including contracts, agreements, leases, and property listings.
- Maintain a comprehensive and organized database of client information, properties, and transactions.Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Serve as a translator and interpreter during meetings, negotiations, and interactions involving clients and colleagues who speak Arabic and English.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Requirements:
- Fluent proficiency in both English and Arabic languages, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a real estate administrative role is required.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and records.
- Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
