About Role

1- Admin Coordinator
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities

A- Provides administration support to brand team.
B- Maintains attendance schedules, booking facilities and liaising with the brand team.
C- Raises purchase orders and track them.
D- Produces fairly routine monthly reports on team expenditures versus budget.
E- Co-ordinates approval process for promotional materials and literature.
F- Drive and handle projects/events with guidance from manager and team members.

Requirements

A- Fluency in English is a must, Arabic is preferable.
B- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required.
C- Communication skills with an ability to efficiently and productively communicate both orally and in writing.
D- Excellent task management skills- planning, prioritization, objective setting, meeting management, and plan execution are required.
