1- Admin Coordinator
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

1- Coordinate with Business Partners on various issues relating to operations of the University as guided by CAFO.  
2- Act as the primary point of contact for all project work related to the CAFO office
3- Collect data from a number of sources (internal and external) and collate this into a report 
4- Maintain financial/non-financial records and data for CAFO and direct specific business issues &/or queries to the appropriate teams in the organization. 
5- Maintain continuity of work operations by documenting and communicate needed actions to management in line with agreed policies and procedures.  

Job Requirements:

1- Must possess a bachelor’s degree in business management or related field from an accredited institution and 4 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.   
2- Project Management Professional credential or equivalent is required
3- Proficiency in computer programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
4- Master’s degree is preferable, however, not mandatory.
5- Qualifications in people and other soft skills are advantageous for this position
