1- Business Administrator
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Ensure that all business activities, including meetings, are timely coordinated and executed.
B- Perform various tasks such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and communications for the Group Director.
C- Undertake business analysis – compile excel spreadsheets and compute basic formulas and results.
D- Format information for internal and external communication, including presentations and reports.
E- Prepare minutes of the meetings and follow-up/action items.
F- Follow up on action items with the relevant person/team and provide the GD with accurate and detailed notes.
Job Requirements:
A- Five years+ experience in a similar role.
B- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
C- Proficient in Ms Office package, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
D- Strong communication and language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English.
E- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
