Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support to a manager within Mubadala through organizing the manager?s daily schedule, monitoring the office’s budget and expenses, updating records, and acting as a liaison between the manager and the internal teams as well as external stakeholders.
  • This position plays a key role in supporting the manager?s daily activities and overall administrative requirements to ensure that his/her needs are met professionally and in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum required education level: Bachelors Minimum Experience (Years) 8
