1- Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

1- Coordinate activities and employees within an office set up.
2- Assisting the Manager to implement organization’s policies and procedures within site / department.
3- Managing the stationeries for the smooth operation of the site/department
4- Coordinate internal & external operational meetings as needed.
5- Managing the Petty cash under close supervision of the site manager.
6- Resolve problems and determine appropriate courses of action, which are then reported to the Immediate Head.

Job Requirements:

1- Any Graduate
2- Time management Interpersonal skills Written communication Verbal communication Attention to detail Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Adaptability
