1- Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

1- Coordinate activities and employees within an office set up.
2- Assisting the Manager to implement organization’s policies and procedures within site / department.
3- Manage and order supplies within the budget guidelines of the organization.
4- Managing the stationeries for the smooth operation of the site/department
5- Preparing Duty Roasters as per Site Managers instructions.
6- Resolve problems and determine appropriate courses of action, which are then reported to the Immediate Head.
7- Maintaining the operational files and records at the site / departmental level
8- Organizing and coordinating for the site / department members trainings and other events
