About Role
1- Administrative Assistant
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service as the first point of contact for student enquiries with the view to answering all enquiries in a timely and efficient manner (via in-person, email, telephone, live chat etc)
- Respond to and track enquiries, ensuring ownership of unresolved enquiries until complete
- Make an initial assessment of the complexity and priority to be given to resolving each enquiry, including possible underlying issues.
- Make referrals to specialist teams, including the scheduling of appointments for follow up advice and counselling.
- Develop and maintain a good overall understanding of the work of the various administrative areas within the University
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience using student administration systems
- A commitment to Values of Passion, Courage, Integrity, Excellence, Collaboration and Innovation
- Expert spreadsheet (Excel) skills
- Ability to meet compliance/policy requirements
- Ability to maintain the strictest levels of confidentiality at all times
