1- Administrative Assistant
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
1- Handle all incoming calls and transfers to the wider team.
2- Support with event enquiries and other incoming emails
3- Support with administrative tasks on salesforce, such as scanning and uploading contracts.
4- Saving and filing invoices on the shared drive
5- General filing duties and providing administrative assistance to the team
6- Assist in processing invoices and supplying PO’s to the relevant supplier
Job Requirements:
1- Understanding/Interest in the Energy Industry is a must
2- Event Industry experience is a must.
3- Administrative experience required for a minimum of 1-2 years.
