About Role

Responsibilities:

• As an Administrator, Talent Acquisition you will support the Managers with the candidate onboarding journey across your specific allocated divisions within the resort
• You will be responsible for building strong relationships with your stakeholders and candidates, working closely with the Managers to onboard candidates in a timely manner to ensure minimal headcount impact on the operations.

Requirements:

• Our ideal candidate will have a strong background within a high volume, in-house recruitment environment, preferably in hospitality, retail, or tourism.
• You should have a stable career background with a minimum of 1 years administration, preferably in the UAE.
• A good understanding of the UAE visa requirements is highly advantageous.
