1- Admin Assistant
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

1- Manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
2- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
3- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
4- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
5- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
6- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

Job Requirements:

1- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
2- Minimum one year experience
3- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
4- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
5- Solid written and verbal communication skills
