About Role
1- Assistant Finance Manager
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
- Prepare annual school budget in co-ordination with concerned departments.
- Accurate and timely payments to suppliers & ensure clean vendor accounts with proper reconciliation before payments.
- Ensure Accounts Receivable GL Accounts are accurate and collection within due date.
- Submit daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic reports to HQ finance accurately and timely manner and review monthly MIS with Principal.
- Ensure to achieve KPIs set to achieve finance excellence.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting with a finance related professional qualification.
- 8+ years’ experience in finance function with 5+ years’ Experience in a similar role.
- Advanced Accounting Principles skills.
- Advanced interpersonal skills that include communication, presentation, and administration skills.
- Accounting software knowledge.
- Sound command over written and spoken English. Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
