About Role
1- Associate Manager
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities
- Negotiation of techno-commercial terms with suppliers for various categories. Conversant with sourcing of multiple categories amongst the following
- Develop Total Cost of Ownership and Should Costing models to support negotiations
- Understanding of internal customer requirements and devise sourcing plans
- Develop strategy papers for critical and strategic categories
- Negotiate contracts including payment terms with suppliers to achieve target savings and drive projects for cost optimization
- Control mechanism at system level by entering relevant information in Contract / PO
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (preferably Electrical) + MBA from Premier institute
- CIPS or any relevant Procurement/ Supply Chain certification is desirable.
- Total Work Experience minimum of 8 years in Procurement
- Successfully handled indirect procurement for minimum of 4 years
