About Role

Responsibilities

- Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world
- Assist the Rooms Division Manager in monitoring the annual budget to support the operation and manages the section within approved budgetary limits
- Monitor guest feedback in relation to service, promotions and client and guest reviews
- Review and control the weekly payroll and overtime sheets and monitor according to budget
- Monitor guest feedback in relation to service, promotions and client and guest reviews
- Oversee all training activities of the Spa & Recreation team members
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5 star hotel setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
- Knowledge in Opera system
