1- AutoCAD Design Draftsman cum Quantity Surveyor
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

1- Should be able to generate accurate 2D shop fit out layouts, elevations and sections.
2- Should be conversant in using HAP Heat Load Design Software, Duct Sizer and Pipe Sizer software.
3- Should be able to take site measurements and able to convert them into accurate 2D drawings.
4- Exhaustively reviewing and checking sketches and drawings for errors, before being sent to architects, subcontractors, project manager, etc.
5- Should be able to do quantity take off for MEP work packages and collate the information in the form of a BOQ.
6- Should be conversant with good document control processes.

Job Requirements:

1- Should be AutoCad Qualified 
2- Minimum 5 years preferably in Fitout environment. Experience in design of supermarkets will be an added advantage
3- Outstanding fluency and skill within the AutoCAD program.
