Job Responsibilities:
A- Effectively manage the Sales Managers, ensuring efficient collaboration and synergies within the team
B- Maximize the potential of the individual, define the priority actions of individual skills development and monitor them while ensuring regular communication to the Boutiques Manager
C- Coach and mentor the team in order to reach their full potential through prompt feedback on results and competencies
D- Represent Boutique Management in absence of the Boutiques Manager
E- Build relationships within the retail community to enrich competitor insight and communicate with Boutiques Manager key information
Job Requirements:
A- You have a post graduate degree and more than 5 years of experience in boutique management.
B- You adapt easily, perceive change as an opportunity and remain objective in the face of uncertainty.
C- You have a strong knowledge of the luxury industry with fashion sensitivity.
D- Your natural leadership, solid managerial skills, strategic mindset as well as your strong business analytical skills will be a real asset to succeed in this position.
E- English is a must, Arabic and/or French would be an advantage.
