About Role
1- Boutique Manager
Full Time
Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
- Communicate vision, strategy and clear direction to retail staff
- Supervise the organisation and the team efficiency, monitor objectives, encourage team work, share knowledge and expertise
- Support team members in their individual development and coordinate with training team on individual needs
- Pilot and coordinate all the activities of the Boutique in accordance with the strategy and objectives
- Ensure the business strategy is understood and deployed in the Boutique
Requirements:
- You have at least 5 years’ experience in boutique management in a luxury retail environment preferably in fragrance and beauty
- You have a strong knowledge of managing 360 boutique operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills along with a strong analytic and intercultural approach will be a real asset to succeed in this position.
- Ensure excellence in client service in accordance with the Brand’s standards: create a unique experience for each client
