Job Responsibilities:
1- Schedule Appointments for patients
2- Act as a liaison for the patients and the health center
3- Answers operator calls to assist internal callers
4- Call and sell our services to prospective customers/patients
5- Cultivates and maintains strong working relationships with internal and external clients.
6- Functions as a liaison with numerous hospital and clinic departments and offices while directing consumers, and physicians through the system.
Job Requirements:
1- Must be fluent in oral and written English
2- Ability to maintain a confidential work environment
3- Demonstrate ability to interact with a variety of people at all levels in the organization
4- Ability to adapt to the UAE customs and culture
5- Offer best available and up-to-date evidence-proven care
