About Role
1- Cafe Assistant | Marks & Spencer | Dubai Hills
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities
A- Uses the Ready to Trade Checklist and product specification checklist to maintain opening Standards
B- Ensures products are displayed according to visual display standards for opening and maintained at all time
C- Implements principles of ‘Clean As You Go’ for kit, counters and seating areas
D- Logs equipment failures in line with the checklist provided
E- Prepares the product for the customer focusing on presentation, quality and efficiency as per the SOP
F- Maintains a high level of personal and food hygiene at all times
Requirements
A- High School Educated, Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, HACCP’s training
B- 1-2 years of retail/ F&B sales experience
C- Good verbal communication skills, F&B hygiene knowledge and certification, some heavy lifting, ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours,
D- Connects with our customer and each other by being positive, determined, respectful and taking ownership & responsibility to actively sell Ability to work well in a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural environment
E- Ability to assist customers in a timely manner
F- Excellent communication and customer service skills ,Knowledge of basic arithmetic,comfortable working as part of a small team, Flexible approach to working hours and environment
