About Role

1- Business Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple BU stakeholders to maximise the potential of the SHARE programme for the BUs and for Majid Al Futtaim as a whole
  • Maintain an overarching view of all SHARE-related related activities and requirements for each BU, and act as the BU SME within SHARE. 
  • Promote the loyalty programme strategy and roadmap with BUs
  • Facilitate and drive annual planning with the BUs and quarterly reviews
  • Work with the BUs to devise annual SHARE targets and plans across marketing, technology and operations – working along side the SHARE team responsible for each of these areas
  • Understand and share BU strategies with the wider SHARE team and represent the BUs in decision making regarding SHARE programme initiatives and developments
  • Assist with budgets and business cases as required to deliver BU specific projects
  • Monitor and track BU related KPIs and work with BUs to take corrective action
  • Facilitate and manage recurring BU-specific governance forums, including quarterly business reviews with each of the relevant BUs
  • Assist the BUs in resolving any SHARE related issues that arise during the year across all functions
  • Problem solve and ensure timely response and delivery of solutions from the SHARE team and/or other MAF teams as required, on behalf of the BU – e.g. Holding Technology
  • Assist with presentations for multiple stakeholder forums and communicate across levels of seniority and functions
  • Assist Strategy & Design senior manager with reporting related to BU performance

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in a similar role, either managing internal or external stakeholders
  • Demonstrable experience managing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Bachelors degree
  • Masters degree or MBA preferred
  • Additional role related qualification preferred
  • A self-starter able to take ownership of their responsibilities from the offset
  • Charismatic with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work in a diverse, international company and able to work with multiple stakeholders and matrix managed teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A team player
  • Track record of driving results through cross-functional collaboration
