Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain menus based on class, region and caterer for all flydubai destinations.
Issue directives to caterers in network on menu and quality components based on passenger and crew feedback and comments.
Analyse complimentary catering (JC & YC) wastage and shortages and develop and implement action plan to reduce wastage and improve customer experience with correct levels of catering onboard.
Develop culinary skill levels in out-station caterers through audits and feedback reviews
When developing menus make use of local produce and indigenous dishes to enhance FZ onboard product.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Catering or Hospitality.
Requires Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Relevant experience.
