1- Chef de Partie
Full Time

Job Responsibilities:
A- Prepare and properly garnish all food orders as they are received in accordance with menu specifications, insuring proper plate presentation
B- Responsible for the sequence of the breakfast, lunch and dinner
C- Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques
D- Maintains an exact record of preparation, cooking and presentation specifications of all dishes produced in the section in a file which is kept at the section at all times for reference
E- Cooperate in creating decorations in the buffet area for restaurant and meeting rooms
F- Coordinate daily tasks with the Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine
Job Requirements:
A- A total of 5-7 years Culinary experience
B- 3 years minimum in a similar role in a 5 * international environment
C- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
D- High school Diploma
E- Previous work experience in a similar position in a five star hotel for a minimum of 3 years
