About Role
1- Chief Commercial Officer

Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery of agreed performance targets and associated KPI’s at all locations within the network.
- Define and execute commercial strategy and activity, including customer satisfaction at existing stations and business development opportunities.
- Develop organic growth through delivering excellent execution.
- Promote best practices within our current commercial operations, working with the regional teams to drive performance levels and identify areas of improvement and further development.
- Represent commercial as a Key Account Manager for specifically identified large scale existing customers or those with opportunity for growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Business or a combination of education and experience in the airline industry.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft office Suites.
- Capacity to measure and track progress, know how to design effective and efficient business development processes.
- Experience presenting to corporate executive team a must.
