1- CHR Officer

Job Responsibilities:

1- Developing, recommending, and implementing university-wide employee policies and  practices
2- Providing direction, guidance, and implementation support to the campus
3- Creating and delivering the strategic vision of the HR department
4- Resolving HR issues to ensure appropriate resolution
5- Establishing and monitoring service metrics and adjusting HR processes, procedures, and  staffing

Job Requirements:

1- A Bachelor’s degree
2- Master’s in Human Resources or a related discipline 
3- 10 years or more senior-level HR management experience within a large academic,  government organization, or non-profit entity
4- Experience in higher education
5- Experience in HR administration in the Middle East
