About Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Dept
The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai (IACAD) is responsible for drawing up the general policy for Islamic affairs and charitable work in the Emirate of Dubai, according to Law No. (2) Of 2011 on the establishment of the Department. IACAD works on spreading the Islamic knowledge, developing the Islamic religious awareness. The department supervises the religious recordings, printing, and the distribution, in addition to supervising the authorization of curricula, preparation of the Hijri calendar and authorizes its printing.

About Role
1- Senior Civil Engineer
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the preparation, implementation, follow-up and development of the department’s strategic plan, operational and executive plans.
- Participate in preparing the department’s estimated budget by limiting and specifying the quantities and standard technical specifications necessary for the implementation of works and projects of materials, raw materials, equipment, devices and tools in accordance with the annual budget.
- Follow-up and control of the contractors when concluding construction contracts with them and inspect the progress of work coupled with the project timetable with the preparation of reports on the stages of work.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent in a similar discipline + 4 years experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent in a similar field + 8 years of experience
